Paul Gray, Vice President Global Finance & Accounting
Mr Gray joined the PPM Food Technology Division early in 2009 to oversee and strengthen the financial operations of the division. He has over 20 years of experience gained in a variety of finance roles. Following his graduation with a degree in Chemistry & Computing, Mr Gray initially trained at BDO Stoy Hayward’s London Office and handled a wide portfolio of corporate clients, including international assignments. For the last three years, Mr Gray has been the CFO of a mineral water business based in Iceland which sold product worldwide but with particular emphasis on North America.
Tom Dendy, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tom Dendy serves as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing for PPM Technologies Group. Tom joined PPM in 2008 as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas business unit. From 2002 to 2008, Tom served in various leadership roles at SPX Corporation, including Vice President of Technology and Market Development, responsible for R&D, product development and marketing for the Thermal Equipment Segment. Tom spent 11 years in the United States Navy as a Submarine Officer. Tom holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans.
Vera Anderson, Vice President Administration
Mrs. Anderson has over 6 years in operational and M&A experience. In 2001, she was recruited by Vortec PCS. As Director of Finance and Operations, she led the company through a major recapitalization and several strategic initiatives. In 2004, Mrs. Anderson became a partner with LJW Global Equities and began to develop core processes within the organization. Her expertise includes strategic development and execution of acquisitions, financial analysis, investor relations and financial oversight of the portfolio investments. Mrs. Anderson graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a double degree in International Finance and French.
Kevin Bacon, Global Supply Chain Director
Mr. Bacon has nearly 20 years experience in all aspects of supply chain management and global sourcing development. He currently manages the global supply chain for PPM which includes our joint ventures also internal manufacturing centers. Mr. Bacon is focused on the continued expansion of the PPM global manufacturing footprint and the integration of these manufacturing concerns into a leveraged competitive advantage. Mr. Bacon received a B.S in Business Administration from Arizona State University with core studies in supply chain management. Previous to joining PPM, Mr. Bacon worked on developing the sourcing and manufacturing strategies for an electronics thermal management company.
Tim Moulsdale, Technical Director
Mr. Moulsdale has over 30 years experience of engineering within the snack and convenience food industry ranging from project management to the design of potato processing equipment, snack frying equipment, packaging and weighing equipment, product seasoning and distribution equipment. He currently manages the global engineering function for PPMT and is highly focused on new product development and the integration of the engineering functions within the group to leverage common designs. He earned is HND in Mechanical Engineering and has since gone on to build a global reputation for innovative designs and solutions.
