Company History

PPM Technologies has a strong history in the global food processing and packaging industry. Our company was established in 2007 through acquisition of the Allen Systems and PPM businesses of FMC Technologies.
Our legacy represents more than 100 years of experience and well-known brands in the industry - Allen Machinery, Aseeco, PPM and FMC Material Handling.

Allen Machinery business established as cherry processing |

Allen Machinery develops and manufactures a line of vibratory conveyor |

PPM business established by three founders who developed a proprietary frying process |

FMC acquired Aseeco business increasing presence in material handling system |

PPM business acquired by Frigoscandia. Both later acquired by FMC. |

FMC acquired Allen Machinery and combine material handling businesses |
