Driven by a pair of quiet, reliable eccentric drives this conveyor is designed to provide easy service. The drive system requires no gears, pulleys or belts and is sealed against dust and liquid. This simple design offers improved serviceability with quick removal and installation requiring no removal of covers, tensioning belts, or other adjustments.
With a variety of options, the Ultra Direct is easily customized to suit your application needs. A peripheral discharge can be added to provide a simple, reliable scale feed unit to feed vegetables or add dewatering screens to remove excess product moisture. The Ultra Direct can also easily handle head loads for hopper applications.
The Ultra Direct is capable of handling a wide range of products including fruits, vegetables and poultry reaching speeds up to 60 fpm. The unit can easily be installed either suspension or floor mounted offering a simple and fast installation.
