A versatile, reliable vibratory conveying solution The PPM Technologies Ultra Conveyor provides a versatile, reliable vibratory conveying solution for a variety of applications. Driven by a pair of quiet, reliable eccentric drives the Ultra Conveyor is easily maintained and serviced. Drives are mounted to the frame creating an indirect resonant type design that will handle large volumes of product and more easily accommodate screening, dewatering and aligning.
The design is easily maintained and provides open access for maintenance. Drives require no gears, pulleys or belts and are sealed against dust and liquid. To reduce service time, drives can be removed or interchanged with a spare without removing covers, tensioning belts or making other special adjustments.
The drive features a low-mass design with rubber cushioning for fast starts and stops. A state-of-the-art isolation system minimizes motion in the conveyor base so that supporting structures need not be specially constructed for dynamic loads. In fact, Ultra conveyors may even be operated successfully on casters.
The versatile design provides many options. A unique reversible isolator/mounting fixture allows suspension or floor-mounted without special engineering. The drive mounting options include locations beneath, beside or above the conveyor pan as needed to suit conveyor layout or isolation system. Additional optional accessories include: covers, screens, lanes and gates.
