The PPM Technologies Special Delivery conveyor gently handles the most delicate of products maintaining quality of fragile, coated or friable food products. With long pan lengths, product drops are removed improving product quality throughout the distribution and packaging line.
The Special Delivery design eliminates leaf springs and base structures reducing installation and maintenance costs. With lengths up to 100’ (30.5m), packaging and distribution line layouts are simplified.
With intermediate and end drives, the Special Delivery can easily be designed to suit a variety of layouts. The Special Delivery is ideal for scales and distribution modules and with ceiling mounting support structure is greatly minimized.
The Special Delivery is easily customized to suit the most difficult of application needs requiring gentle handling. Our custom in-line storage solution offers processors a quick storage solution to handle temporary product surges. And, when not used for storage the unit converts to a simple transfer conveyor.
