The VF Advance® has been a vital link in the process line. The next generation in the VF line is the Mini VF feeder. It is designed to be the perfect connection that will provide the installation flexibility, precision controlled transfer and distribution, and product integrity that today’s processing lines demand.
The Mini VF conveyor features a universal low-frequency drive with a fully adjustable stroke and smooth start/stop action. This ensures controlled feeding at each discharge point in your line, and the smooth electromagnetic action is gentle on your product. The innovative drive design replaces hundreds of parts used in conventional vibratory conveyors.
Available in 6” (152mm) and 12” (305mm) trough widths and up to 96” (2438mm) in 6” (150mm) increments. The Mini VF is capable of handling a wide range of products including snacks, vegetables, or granular products, and can reach speeds of up to 60 feet per minute. Flow rates can vary and are dependent on your specific product specifications.
